Ingredients:
For Zinger Chicken:
- 2 Chicken Fillets (thinly sliced)
- A cup of buttermilk (or ½ cup of yogurt and ½ cup of milk)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp White Pepper
- ½ tsp Mustard Powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce (optional)
For Coating:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Corn Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
For Frying:

- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Garlic Sauce (or 1 tsp garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Other Ingredients:
- 4 Pita Breads or Shawarma Wraps
- ½ cup Cabbage (shredded)
- ½ cup Carrots (julienned)
- ½ cup Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup Lettuce (chopped)
- Pickled Jalapeños (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk (or yogurt + milk) with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, mustard powder, and hot sauce.
- Add chicken fillets and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
Step 2: Prepare the Coating
- In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder.
Step 3: Fry the Chicken
- Coat the marinated chicken in the dry flour mixture, pressing well for a crispy texture.

- To drain extra oil, remove and set on a wire rack.
