Ingredients for Yogurt Lassi:


1/2 cup of yogurt

3 quarts liquid

6 cubes of ice

sugar, 4 tbsp


INSTRUCTIONS:


In a blender, combine the ice cubes and yogurt and process on low speed for 20–30 seconds, or until frothy.

Toss the yogurt and ice cube mixture with the water and sugar and blend at low speed until well combined.



What is Mango Lassi and How to make it at home?

Mangoes are high in phenols, which act as antioxidants and anti-cancer. They're also heavy in iron, making them ideal for pregnant women and anyone who suffer from anemia.
